History

2004, spring. The first pipe was insulated with polyurethane foam. The works started to work and steadily gains growth.

2004, autumn
. The sanitary-epidemiological conclusion on the compliance of pipes and fittings with thermal insulation from polyurethane foam in polyethylene covering of State Standard 30732-2001 was gained.

2005, spring. The works started its own production of polyethylene covering.

2005, spring. The certificate of conformity of pipes and fittings with thermal insulation from polyurethane foam in polyethylene covering of State Standard 30732-2001 was received.

From August  the 1st, 2006 the works switched to non-stop schedule, and now the entire production runs 24 hours a day.

From August the 4th, 2006. The site for the production of centering supports was launched. Since then, the works "Insulation technologies" is able to produce all the components for the production of heating elements on its own.

2007, autumn. The works received the certificate of quality management system international standard ISO 9001-2000.

2007 At the base of the works the production of moulding machines of high pressure was mastered, and also a mobile processing facility for sealing pipe joints when installing heating pipes was created. Today "Insulation Technologies" has already manufactured several units for its own needs, and the enterprise of the factory is the release of the equipment for itself and partners in the group "One Hundred Third trust", as well as for sale to third parties.

2007, winter. The experts of the works "Insulation Technologies" used flexible polymer pipes and flexible stainless steel pipes in insulation foam of different diameters for installation of heating in the area of the Heat Station 5 on the October embankment.  2028 meters of pipe were laid, including for heating - 1287 meters of stainless steel pipes, hot water at - 741 meter of plastic pipes. The direct participant in mounting section, the chief Alexander Artemev, has given appreciation for product design and technology: "The first experiments with these pipes showed a high efficiency of technology, its simplicity and usability. We assembled polymeric pipes into a complex system of wiring, it came quickly and of high quality. Short installation terms significantly reduce the inconvenience for residents. I am sure that this technology leads to the radiant future of our industry."

2008, spring. A new section of concrete products was created, which made ​ ​the whole gamut of sealed bearings with a mortgage detail, of high quality (including non-standard). The creation of this section has allowed our company to control the quality of panel fixed supports at all stages of production.

2008, autumn. On the line for the production of polyurethane foam thermal insulation of steel pipes the new shotblast units UDP-57h720-2/11T UDP-720h1420-4/11T were set, which allow to produce the effective cleaning of the outer surface of steel pipes before pouring.

2008, Autumn. For the manufacture of pipe-covering made ​​of galvanized sheet steel with a diameter up to 1400 mm the spiral-line «SPIRO Tubeformer 2020", equipped with a device applied to the pipe stiffener type «CUX» or «Culvert», was launched. This setting allows to produce galvanized covering thickness of 1.7 mm.

2009. Two shotblast plants were put into operation. This launch allowed significantly to improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

2009. The line for production of galvanized steel covering was put into production. The own line makes it possible not only significantly improve the quality, but also reduces the production terms.

2009, summer. The technical evidence about the suitability of plastic sleeves split electrically produced by "Insulation Technologies" for use in construction in the territory of the Republic of Belarus was received.

2010. To improve the quality of welds in the manufacture of fittings in the CBI for the Republic of Belarus the works purchased new hand-held extruders.

2010, autumn. The certificate of conformity of quality management system for the design, development, manufacture and production of steel pipes and fittings, insulated with polyurethane foam, with hydro-defensive covering of polyethylene or galvanized steel and polyethylene sleeves for insulation joints of pipelines with State Standard R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008) was received.

2010, winter. The official representative office "Insulation Technologies" in Moscow for the operative work with clients in Moscow and Moscow region was opened. 

2011. Production is equipped with robotic plasma cutting machine.

2011. The plant LLC "Insulation technologies" due to the high production lead opened an additional area heat-insulated.

2012. The plant LLC "Insulation technologies" delivered pipes and shaped products insulated with polyurethane foam for thermal pipelines of SUE " Fuel and Energy complex of Saint-Petersburg".

2012september. The plant LLC "Insulation technologies" finished delivery of pipes and  shaped products insulated with polyurethane foam for "onstruction Heat Station and reconstruction of thermal pipelines" in Kirovsk.    

2013, autumn. The certificate of conformity of quality management system for the design, development, manufacture and production of steel pipes and fittings, insulated with polyurethane foam, with hydro-defensive covering of polyethylene or galvanized steel and polyethylene sleeves for insulation joints of pipelines with State Standard R ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2011) was received.
